Scope of Service

The Agreement on Trade in Goods of the Mainland and Macao Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA) was signed between the Mainland and Macao on 12 December 2018 and has been implemented since 1 January 2019. Under the Agreement, a mechanism for consultations on revising the CEPA rule of origin has been established.
