How to Apply

Application Deadline

Macao enterprises that have already obtained the first Macao Investor Certificates may apply for an unlimited number of additional certificates for the same investment sector upon meeting the following requirements:

  1. The application is lodged to the DSEDT within 3 months from the date of obtaining the first certificate by the enterprise
  2. The structure and operating conditions of the applicant enterprise remain as provided in the first submission

 

Application Procedures and Required Documents

  1. Online application
    1. Applicants are required to apply for an entity account of Macao One Account (hereafter MOA) from the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP). After logging in to the DSEDT’s system with the MOA account, select the needed online application service through “Administrative Services – e-Services – Online Application”;
    2. Application can be submitted after completing the form online and uploading the required document(s).
  2. In-person application
    Application documents for this service can be submitted by the applicant or his/her proxy at the Regional Cooperation Information Centre.

Necessary documents

  1. Duly completed Macao Investor Certificate Application Form
    1. Online application: Complete the form through “Administrative Services – e-Services – Online Application”;
    2. In-person application: The application form can be obtained at the Regional Cooperation Information Centre or downloaded at the DSEDT website or CEPA website.
  2. Duly certified declaration with attestation stamp; (the declaration form can be obtained at the Regional Cooperation Information Centre or downloaded at the DSEDT website or CEPA website)
  3. I.D. copy of the applicant/declarant
  4. Copy of the first Macao Investor Certificate obtained by the applicant

  1. The processing time stated above is counted from the date of reception of the full set of documents by the responsible unit and does not include the date of submission of documents, subject to exceptions.
  2. Subject to the submission of correct and necessary documents by applicants.
