Application Procedures and Required Documents

Applicants need not hand in the application in person but the following documents must be lodged:

  1. Application form (Request for Certificate of Origin Document for Export of Goods under Declaration Regime) (visit DSEDT’s website and form download);
  2. Document for applying the Certificate of Origin of CEPA (visit DSEDT’s website and form download);
    Original of Commercial Invoice
  3. Notes: Prices of Forms for Foreign Trade
