Service Contents

An application is required for engaging in transit trade of rough diamonds in the Macao Special Administrative Region.

Targets of Service

  1. Companies
  2.  Sole proprietors

Application Eligibility

  1. Applicants are required to hold a valid Operating License for Rough Diamond Economic Activities and a Transshipment Activity License;
  2. Applicants are required to submit an application for Transit License by using EDI;
  3.  Uploading of commercial invoices of the rough diamonds concerned, manifests of cargo, remittance receipts and other supplementary documents may be required if necessary.

Service Outcomes       

A Transit License issued to the applicant.
