An application is required for engaging in export of rough diamonds in the Macao Special Administrative Region.

  2. Sole proprietors

Application Eligibility

  1. Applicants are required to hold an Operating License for Rough Diamond Economic Activities;
  2. Applicants are required to submit an application for a Kimberley Process Certificate by using EDI;
  3. A declaration made to DSEDT through EDI on compliance of the rough diamonds being exported with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme is required.

Service Outcomes   

A Kimberley Process Certificate issued to the applicant.
