Scope of Service

Macao enterprises entering the Mainland market as Macao investors under CEPA shall meet the eligibility requirements for Macao investor set out in Annex 1 to the Investment Agreement under CEPA.

 

Targets of Services and Application Eligibility

1. CEPA Macao Investor Certificate Application

Targets of Service: Macao enterprises entering the Mainland market as Macao investors under CEPA.

Application Eligibility: Eligibility requirements for Macao investor set out in Annex 1 to the Investment Agreement under CEPA published by Chief Executive’s Notice No. 35/2018.

 

2. Additional CEPA Macao Investor Certificate Application

Targets of Service: Macao enterprises that have already obtained the first certificate and lodge the new application within 3 months from the dates of obtaining the first certificate, and of which the structures and operating conditions remain as provided in the first submission.

Application Eligibility: Eligibility requirements for Macao investor set out in Annex 1 to the Investment Agreement under CEPA published by Chief Executive’s Notice No. 35/2018.

 

Result of Approval for Application

The DSEDT issues Macao Investor Certificate to applicant enterprises meeting the eligibility requirements for Macao investors.
