Scope of Service

Macao enterprises entering the Mainland market as Macao service suppliers under CEPA shall meet the eligibility requirements for Macao service supplier set out in Annex 3 to the Agreement on Trade in Services under CEPA.

 

Targets of Services and Application Eligibility

1. Application for Macao Service Supplier Certificate under CEPA

Targets of Service: Macao enterprises entering the Mainland market as Macao service suppliers under CEPA.

Application Eligibility: Eligibility requirements for Macao service supplier set out in Annex 3 to the Agreement on Trade in Services under CEPA published by Chief Executive’s Notice No. 37/2016.

 

2. Re-application for Macao Service Supplier Certificate under CEPA

Targets of Service: Macao enterprises that have already obtained the first certificates and lodge the new applications within 3 months from the dates of obtaining the first certificates, and of which the structures and operating conditions remain as provided in the first submissions.

Application Eligibility: Eligibility requirements for Macao service supplier set out in Annex 3 to the Agreement on Trade in Services under CEPA published by Chief Executive’s Notice No. 37/2016.

 

Result of Approval for Application

The DSEDT issues Macao Service Supplier Certificates to applicant enterprises meeting the eligibility requirements for Macao service supplier.
